1. Order Issues:
- Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?
We can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

- Why I didn’t get an email about my order being shipped?
After placing your order, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare. This is our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate, which isn’t included in shipping time.
We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay.
If you can’t find an email 7 days after you placed the order, please contact our Customer Service Team with email hello@globon.co.
- How do I choose my size?
Take your measurements and compare them with the globon size option or detailed sizing chart under the product description. This will help you pick what size is best for you.
2. Delivery
- Which countries can be delivered?
We ship to Mainland U.S Currently(Except for the following areas: AK, AS, GU, HI, MH, MP, PW, PR, RI and PO BOX)
- How long does delivery normally take?
Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: After placing your order, we may need 1-3 business days to prepare. We need to make sure that your order is accurate, which isn’t included in shipping time.
Shipping Time: We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number in your account. Generally shipping time is 3-7 working days.
Delivery time may vary, especially during the peak periods(might take 2~3 more days than usual). Thank you for your patient waiting and understanding.
- Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1. Items are in different warehouses.
2. Different items need additional preparation time.
3. Weight limit of customs or courier.
You will receive an email notification when each parcel is shipped.
- Why does it show my package has been delivered but it hasn’t?
Packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mailbox and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the express company with your tracking number and your ID.

We also utilize secure socket layer (SSL) technology where any personal information obtained through our website is private and maintained in a secure and protected environment, and will never be released to any unaffiliated third parties.
4. Payment & Coupon
- What payment methods do you accept?
There are different ways you can choose to pay on our website. We support Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.
PayPal is a faster, easier and safer payment method. It is widely used in international online business. Even if you do not want to register a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card to go through PayPal checkout process without any extra steps.
- Why my payment is declined?
Firstly, check the card details to make sure the information is correct. e.g. the expiry date or your billing address. (Common problems including incorrectly spelled name)
Secondly, make sure you enter the security code correctly (the three-digit numbers on the back of your card).
Lastly, your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please contact the card issuing bank.
- Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Coupon codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear on the coupon. After entering the code, you must click the “Apply Coupon” button under the coupon code. Some coupon codes are also unique, can only be used once, and only for the report type they were issued for. In addition, some coupons have an expiration date. Please make sure the coupon expiration date has not yet passed.
