Return Policy

We accept order cancellations before the purchased product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Flash sale items and clearance cannot be annulled. "Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sales and can not be returned." Quantities are limited. Therefore, price adjustments are only be made on prior sales.

 

Returns (if applicable)

Eligibility for a return ensures that the purchased product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be kept in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Note: The customer shall bear the shipping fee if the delivered products reach the desired location but the customer has or regret buying.

 

Thirty days return limit 

Customers have 30 days limit after receiving the purchased item to request a return.

 

Which items are returnable?

All items bought from our site can be returned. If due to our reason, the purchased item will be returned accordingly. 

 

Who will pay the freight when the product is returned?

The customer will bear the shipping cost if the purchased item has been issued. In addition, if your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund. You can send the item to the address below:

Please send us a notification after you ship the item out, and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we receive the item you sent and check that item is in good condition, we will exchange it or refund you. The refund or the exchanged product will arrive in your account within two weeks.

 

Shipping damage and Claims

We are proud of our products. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check purchased item is in good condition when accepting it. If an unfortunate event occurs, please provide us with a photo or video and contact us at globonhome@gmail.com.

Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
